To change the sport, start a new game.
At the limit, the other team is in the bonus.
For playoffs: each team gets a try in turn, from the 5-yard line (1 point) or the 10-yard line (2 points), until one team leads after the same number of tries. Only the winning team's points from the last round are added to its score.
Playing time (rec leagues): when the clock reaches 0, the point in progress is played out, then the game ends; a tie stands.
To change it, start a new game.
Soft: after the point in progress, the game goes to the higher score plus 1. Hard: the game ends after the point in progress, with a universe point if tied.
Counted on the cap clock. After the point in progress, if no team has reached halftime, it comes at the higher score plus 1.
At halftime, the board waits for "Resume play". A hard cap reached during the break ends the game, unless tied (universe point).
Then each ratio lasts two points (ABBA). "Flip the ratio" changes the next point only.
The team in end zone A picks the ratio on each point of the first half, the team in end zone B in the second half. Teams switch ends after every point.
Then the team that scores pulls; the second half starts with a pull by the team that received first. In mixed, the puller matches the majority on the line.

What the scoreboard tracks for flag football
In flag football, a touchdown is worth 6 points: tap +6 under the team that scored. The convert follows with +1 or +2, depending on the distance chosen (often 5 yards for 1 point, 10 for 2), and a safety is also added with +2. Tap −1 or "Undo" to take back a score given by mistake.
The game is played in two 20 minute halves, with a countdown clock you start and stop with one tap. When the second half runs out, the final score card shows the final score and each half's, ready to copy or share.
Each team gets 2 timeouts per half: "Timeouts left" shows how many it still has, and "−" takes one. Timeouts left over from the first half do not carry into the second.
In the regular season, many rec leagues let a game end tied: that is where "If tied" starts. Does your league break ties? Pick "Ask me" or "Overtime". The length of the halves and the number of timeouts can be changed in "Game settings" too.
The scoreboard does not track downs or field position: it keeps the score, the time and the timeouts, in big digits you can read from the sideline.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a touchdown worth in flag football?
Six points, with +6 under the team that scored. The convert then adds 1 or 2 points (+1 or +2), depending on the distance of the try your league uses.
How do I count a safety?
Tap +2 under the defending team, the one that gets the points. There is no separate button: a safety and a 2 point convert are added the same way.
What happens if it is tied after the second half?
To start, the game ends tied, as in the regular season of many rec leagues. To break ties, pick "Ask me" or "Overtime" in "If tied": overtime lasts 5 minutes, and you can change it.
Can I change the length of the halves?
Yes. In "Game settings", enter the length of a half, from 1 to 60 minutes, and the number of timeouts per half, from 0 to 9. A paused clock can be fixed with one tap too.
