Do my players need to create an account?
No. Every player gets their own link by email and answers yes or no. No password, no app to download.
When do the emails go out?
The attendance request goes out 6 days before the game, to all your regular players. A reminder goes out 3 days before to those who haven't answered, then the details 24 hours before to those who play. Nothing goes out between 11 PM and 7 AM.
What if a player changes their mind?
They answer again, with the same link, until the game starts. If their team is then short, your subs can be invited, and if they drop out in the 24 hours before the game, you get an alert.
What language are the emails in?
Your league's: French, English or both. With both, every email is bilingual.
How do I tell everyone a game is cancelled?
Cancel the game in your schedule: players who said yes and those who haven't answered get an email right away, and that game's reminders stop.
